Returns

We accept return requests within 7 business days of delivery. This applies to all products, including custom-made and personalized lighting.

How to request a return

Email info@illumialight.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide the return instructions.

Return shipping

The buyer is responsible for arranging the return shipment and paying the return shipping costs.

Refunds

We will issue your refund within 3 business days of receiving the returned item. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.
