Returns: request a return within 7 business days of delivery. The buyer arranges and pays for return shipping. Read return terms.
Bulbs, dimming & warranty
Light bulbs are not included. Choose compatible bulbs for the socket and electrical configuration specified in the product description. Integrated LED models do not require separate bulbs.
2-year warranty. For warranty support, contact our atelier with your order number. Please confirm dimming compatibility before ordering.

Dimensions & options
- Overall installation dimensions depend on the selected size and configuration. Please confirm the dimensions of your chosen option before ordering.
- Glass diameters: 20, 25 or 30 cm.
- Standard cable length: 150 cm. If you require a different cable length, please specify it when placing your order.
Customization
- Cable lengths and glass sizing can be discussed to suit your ceiling height.
- Contact us before ordering a configuration that is not shown in the product options.
- For Multiple Mixed Size Selection (MMSS), the pendant sizes and quantities follow the selected option.
- Specify your preferred glass colours in the customization notes.
- Ceiling plate size is prepared to match the selected pendant quantity and sizes.
Lighting & installation
- This fixture uses replaceable E26 or E27 light bulbs.
- E26 and E27 socket configurations are available. Please specify the required socket type and installation country when ordering.
- Choose bulbs with the voltage required for your fixture. Dimming requires compatible bulbs and a compatible dimmer.
Electrical installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician.

- 2-year warranty.
